You can probably tell from my previous recipes that I like mousse. Some of the low carb mousse recipes I’ve posted include chocolate mousse, dark chocolate mousse, key lime mousse, raspberry mousse, and peanut butter mousse.

Now I’ve got another great recipe to share with all you low carb fans. Sugar free cheesecake keto mousse!

This is a super yummy dessert that whips up quickly. If you like the taste of cheesecake, you are going to love the flavor of this mousse.

When I’m having a craving for sweets, this no bake cheesecake recipe is one of my go-to treats! This is the best low carb no bake cheesecake recipe I’ve tried and I love that it’s in mousse form!

That makes it taste so much more rich and creamy than a traditional vanilla cheesecake recipe. It’s such an easy no bake cheesecake recipe too – it’s easy to whip up at a moments notice.

I really love that this low carb no bake cheesecake is such an easy keto cheesecake but still so sweet, creamy, and indulgent! Our guests always love this treat and I’m usually asked for the keto cheesecake recipe before the night is over. With the sweet blueberry sauce to add to it, it will be a HIT for all parties and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese or cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice or 2 lemons
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon lemon liquid stevia
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese and lemon juice to a stand mixer and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. With an electric hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks then add the sweetener and salt. Add this whipped cream back to the stand mixer to combine with cream cheese mixture. Blend on high until well incorporated.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
  4. Pipe into serving glasses and sprinkle on lemon zest if desired. 
  5. Refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve.
