Keto Teriyaki Chicken

Have you been craving keto Chinese food like crazy?  I know I have!  Did you know with a few simple substitutions, you can make this easy Keto Teriyaki Chicken in less than 30 minutes?  Let me show you how!

Of course, what makes teriyaki chicken is the sauce.  Store bought sauce is loaded with sugar and thickeners like corn starch.

For our keto teriyaki sauce, we are using 6 simple ingredients: soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, garlic, ginger, water, and xanthan gum.

Teriyaki sauce is definitely my flavour of choice. I absolutely love teriyaki chicken wings, teriyaki stir fry, teriyaki chow mien, teriyaki fried rice, teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef, teriyaki salmon.. okay I’ll stop here before I start to sound like Forest Gump…

I make a homemade teriyaki sauce that is SOOO GOOD!!! The problem? Brown sugar sweetens the sauce and cornstarch thickens it.

This delicious Low Carb Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade has sukrin gold as the sweetener and xanthan gum thickens it. You can skip the xanthan gum if it’s a marinade you’re after.

I hope you love this sauce as much as I do!
