CHEDDAR BACON RANCH TORTILLA PINWHEELS
These Cheddar Bacon Ranch Tortilla Pinwheels are a crowd pleasure. Not only are they packed with flavor, but they are so easy to make!
The holiday season is officially upon us. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty excited about that. Planning has already begun for Thanksgiving get-togethers, and my thoughts are turning to time spent with family and friends.
Because of so many gatherings during these two final months of the year, I’m on the lookout for quick, easy, and flavorful recipes that I can serve to my guests or bring to parties. These tortilla pinwheels are it!
Because even though we spend a lot of time together at home, time away is just different. It looks different, it feels different, and it brings out different sides in people. Some good, some bad, and some just downright funny.
I guess that’s what 3 days of too much sugar, not enough sleep, and all the swimming you can handle will do to people! And by people, I especially mean Nora. And it makes sense…since Nora is constantly trying to keep up with her big sisters in their bedtimes, their sugar consumption, and their bravery at the waterpark. Needless to say, by the end of the trip, we had one very over tired 5 year old who was definitely giving us a run for our money.
EASY BACON CHEDDAR RANCH PINWHEELS
Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are probably one of the quickest and easiest appetizers you can make. With only a few ingredients and less than 20 minutes at your disposal, you can have the most delicious roll-ups.
Additionally, they are a great crowd pleaser and ideal for a game day. The best part is that you do not have to use the oven. Simply use some rotisserie chicken, spread some cream cheese and cheddar cheese over the flour tortilla, and roll them up. It’s that simple!
We love pinwheels as they can be filled with various flavors. Also, they are cute little appetizers that a perfect for lunch boxes. Kids and adults would love them. My son is a picky eater, but every time we pack him these pinwheels, he is very happy!
Similarly, the roll-ups can be used as an appetizer or main dish. You can even use leftover chicken, turkey or deli meats to make them.
